My Story
I didn't choose healing. Healing chose me.
In 1997, a chance meeting with my future mentor changed everything. It was the beginning of my sobriety β and the beginning of understanding what I was actually here to do.
Sobriety taught me something most people spend their whole lives searching for: that the strength to heal was always inside me. My job was learning to trust it β and then teaching others to trust theirs.
In 2016 I opened Lasergals, a medical day spa in Yuma, AZ. Session after session, I watched something happen that had nothing to do with skincare. Clients would leave more peaceful than they arrived. Something in the healing touch was doing more than I expected.
That's when I understood: healing is in my hands. It always has been.
Today I'm a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, Crystal Alchemy Sound Healer, Sober Mentor, and founder of Journey2Self. With 29 years of sobriety and over a decade of serving this community, I bring every part of my journey into every session.
I'm not just your healer. I'm your proof that transformation is real.
